Primark Duster Jacket

Duster Jacket | Primark

I picked up this duster jacket last week when I was in London and it's exactly what I've been looking for. It's starting to get warmer here in the UK which means my heavy coats are being pushed aside for lighter, more spring appropriate jackets like this one. At £20 it was actually a bit more expensive than I was expecting but I hadn't seen anything similar anywhere else so I had to get my hands on it. The colour of it means that it will go with lots of outfits and if I remember correctly they also had a black version of it. I'm loving the duster style at the moment as I think it adds a chic and stylish edge to an outfit. Just as a heads up, as you can probably tell from the photos, the duster jacket is extremely long on me (basically ankle length) and I'm about 5'7" so if you are a lot shorter then keep that in mind!

I got this from the Primark in Selfridges, I had heard that they have a small selection of Primark bits in there but I had never actually been. I was really impressed with what they had in there, it's definitely worth checking out if you're ever in Selfridges. Usually I give Primark a miss when I'm in London, mainly because it's always ridiculously busy which stresses me out. But this was much more relaxed and they had a nice selection of things, I also picked up a black floppy hat for £4 which was a great bargain!

To finish off the look I went for jeans and a crop top which dresses it down slightly. I actually wore this outfit for a meal the other day but I swapped the crop top for a peachy colour bodysuit which is a great alternative for anyone who would rather not have any of their midriff showing. Finally I love the way this duster jacket looks paired with heels, for this look I went for my trusty New Look chunky heels which I've been getting lots of wear out of!

  1. I agree with the Primark in Selfridges Rach! Em and I once went in the one in Birmingham and actually found so many nice things... I think the beauty of it is that they have picked really nice key pieces from the usual rubbish Primark has to offer.

  2. Love this outfit! I have a similar duster from there and love it!
